This is what’s included in this amazing golf holiday package:

Round #1 and #2- Alcaidesa Links Golf Resort.

The Links and Heathland courses with PGA standard greens have made Alcaidesa one of the Costa Del Sol’s most popular golf complexes, with very modern facilities. In Issue 52 of Golf World (The Open edition) Alcaidesa featured in an article as one of the top 20 links courses in continental Europe! The new green keeper has done wonders with the greens, they’re amazing! Peter Alliss and Clive Clark sculptured the Links course right on the coast and with amazing views of Gibraltar in 1991; the newer Heathland course was built by Dave Thomas in 2007. Round #3 is the highlight of your trip. You get to play a round at the world famous San Roque Golf Club.

A Med Golf representative will invite you to play (in fact for parties of 9 or more, 1 or 2 of the Med Golf Directors will join you) as their guests on the members Old Course at this superb golfing complex, one of Europe’s most secluded and exclusive golfing venues set in the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja. San Roque Club has been the home of the European Tour Qualifying School, the venue for the Spanish Open and even the team headquarters for the Ryder Cup teams when it was held down the road at Valderrama in 1997. The cost of this final round alone is worth in excess of £100 in low season, never mind high season, so the package you can see is tremendous value for money.

P.P.S – we can also do deals for non golfers in your party too, obviously without the cost of the golf. Non golfers can do the various Gib tours; up, inside and around the rock, see the dolphins as well as local trips to Ronda and Tarifa which is the southern most top of Europe with Morocco only a few kilometres over the sea.

Getting to the bars in Gib over the border

Don’t worry, it’s easy and we’ll give you a pedestrian map.

The bars for your curry night and presentation evening are not far at all and you can easily walk to them over the border from the hotel. Feeling tired and a little delicate maybe from the golf and apres golf (!) you can always get a taxi from the Gib side of the border to the bars.
